Everybody Loves a Parade - Cowboy Days

Cowboy Days in Plainview were held 9/13. It is a fun time but as you can see the weather was a little drizzly and unfortunately the Cattle Drive had to be contained in the trailer. Here is a link to give you info about Cowboy Days if you have never been.

Where has the summer gone?

Busy, Busy, Busy - is how I would say this summer has been. Can you believe that it is almost July - Wow before you know it we will be back in school!! (Have I really left yet?) Anyway we started summer off right with a great trip to Costa Rica. Celebrating our 15th Anniversary with the Bishops and the Hamiltons. Great fun and a beautiful place.....

What we looked at everyday from our casa- what a view

The Villa we rented - came with a staff - cook, bartender and maid.

Our house - up on the hill....
Wonderful way to vacation....

Our pool at the casa
Monkey Tour - Holly and Cari loved the monos
Kevin lost enough weight to do the zip
line.
I was brave and tackled rafting - paid my guide well - we stayed in the raft the whole time... Not everyone else could say that....

The birthday girls... the staff decorated and made a cake.

Kevin and his food.... Lobster - the cook didn't even serve him veggies..
Adios Costa Rica....

While we were in Costa Rica - Blaine did Golf Camp here. His game is improving....
Watch out Tiger!!!

Then Blaine did Theater Camp which presented the Jungle Book...
He was the vulture - I helped do costumes and some computer stuff...
Great fun...

Then this week we had bible school. I was in charge of crafts. We had a great group of kids.....

In between, we have gone to the pool, golfed, and just enjoyed the summer.....
Next week Blaine goes to church camp - oh boy....
